Blue: calculated glide altitude · green ground line: route footprint · translucent surface: distance to terrain. Red: possible airspace intersection; dashed red: climb needed above terrain.

Manual selections apply only to this plan. Check AUP/UUP and NOTAM before flying.

Auto calculates the departure height needed for the first point (L/D / +m). A manual departure height is above takeoff terrain; the path descends at the selected glide ratio. Both are planning estimates, not a flight forecast.

Geometric comparison with loaded airspaces at the planned time. Check activation, NOTAM and FL/QNH against official sources before flying.

⚠️ beyondXC.cloud is an open BETA and community platform for pilots, clubs, flight schools and contests. All displays, altitude calculations, IGC analyses, rankings and statistics are non-binding and do not replace mandatory flight preparation with official sources such as Homebriefing/ATIS, current NOTAMs or publications of Austro Control. IGC uploads are technically analysed and may flow into anonymised community, club and contest statistics. Map and weather data come from external sources; we assume no warranty for accuracy, completeness, timeliness or navigability.
